Final database update for FIFA MANAGER 13 available

Whether it’s replacing players, changing systems or loss of form – a lot has happened in football. EA SPORTS and Bright Future are therefore releasing an extensive database update for FOOTBALL MANAGER 13. In addition, the end-of-season crash has been fixed as well.

Over 5,000 transfers

With this update we wanted to give players the opportunity to realize their dream of being a football manager using the latest data from football during the summer break,” Gerald Köhler, FM series lead designer explains.

Extensive updates based on the winter transfer updates contain changes to player and team strengths, talents and positions worldwide. The adjustments were made taking their most recent performance account. All transfers scheduled for summer have already been included in the update as a small highlight for fans.

In detail, the update contains nearly 5,500 player transfers, more than 1,000 adjustments of player levels and over 250 changes of player talent levels. The biggest winners of these changes are:

Mario Balotelli (new level: 80)
Yohan Cabaye (79)
Jackson Martínez (78)
Diego López (76)
Nemanja Matic (75)

But we also have players who didn’t perform as good and thus had to be downgraded: Iker Casillas (86)
Wayne Rooney (85)
Dani Alves (84)
Rio Ferdinand (80)
Emanuel Adebayor (79)

The update in numbers:
New players: 330 (total 41,677)
Changes in player level: 946
Changes in player talent: 262
Will transfer: 423 (3,501 in total)
Will loan to: 50 (1,249 in total)
Arrives at club: 44 (692 in total)
New player pictures: 351
