The Christmas Blog

In this year's Christmas blog Gerald talks about some new projects like the new workbench, a FAQ section and the FIFA MANAGER tactic guide.

Hi all,

Update 3 (download) was released last week, you can download it right here. This also means that the developing team is almost at the end with its work on FIFA MANAGER 12… But we still have quite a few interesting treats for you.

At first, we are proud to present a new and updated version of our FIFA MANAGER workbench (download here), which can be found in the download section as of now. This document contains all the info you need to have in order to expand FIFA MANAGER 12. On more than 50 pages, you get descriptions and manuals on how to exchange graphics, add your own sounds or compose new texts.

The tactic guide is also almost finished, only translation lies ahead of us. Since the document has become quite extensive, this has led to the delay. We are working on the finalization of the document and keep you up-to-date as soon as it’ll be finished.

The third point is a FAQ section. We have been compiling a list with many questions concerning various areas of FIFA MANAGER 12. We have been collecting these questions in our forum and from the posts and comments on our homepage and on our Facebook page. The FAQ section will be an ongoing project; new questions will be added if necessary. If you have any questions, post them as a comment and they might become part of the FAQs.

Another gem we’d like to present you is our Premium Service Live Season. On the one hand, Live Season gives you the opportunity to start at every point of this season, so you can change history and steer your club into another, more promising direction. On the other hand, with Live Season you receive weekly database updates – this is the fastest way to get a hold of all the winter transfers that will be made in the coming weeks.

On December 25th and 26th, the Origin advent calendar will have two more FIFA MANAGER related specials, so stay tuned, we’ll keep you posted on our homepage.

Since this year is almost over, we’d also like to say “thank you” to all our busy bees, our helpers all over the world who contribute to FIFA MANAGER year-in and year-out. Especially our database authors, our player pictures editors, our beta-testers, the many fansite owners and fansite users and of course our moderating team.

With this in mind, the FIFA MANAGER team wishes you a merry Christmas and a happy New Year. We are all looking forward to the upcoming work on FIFA MANAGER 13 and we are already eager to hear your ideas and suggestions for “Your Feature! – Part 2”.

 Cheers

 Gerald
