The fans have been able to directly influence the content of the new FIFA MANAGER game for the first time due to the "Your Feature!" campaign. In seven ballots several thousand participants have, for instance, opted for features such as “Pre-match Speeches”, “Hosting a European cup final match”, a “Trial training day for hobby players”, and the revamping of the “Final 24 hours of the transfer market”.
The "Manager Tasks” have also become particularly exciting. Here you as a manager are constantly presented with new tasks in addition to your day to day business so you can gain additional points and achieve manager levels. You can then use these for instance for more effective team talks.
Until the start of the seventh round, users had the chance to post and describe their ideas or suggestions for features in the so called „Thread of Wishes“ in our official forum. The contenders of the seven rounds of “Your Feature!” were all selected from this thread, each round featured five feature suggestions.
After a winner of a round was determined, the work on this very feature almost always started immediately. The forum thread “Thread of Fulfillment” kept our users in the loop concerning the status of the respective features. Once a feature was complete, a screenshot showed how the feature was implemented, our users still had the opportunity to further comment on the design/implementation, we could gather very useful information to further improve the feature. In conclusion, our users and fans had the opportunity to follow the whole cycle of a new feature’s creation; starting with the idea, the selecting process, the implementation in the game and the quality check at the end.

Show Training Progress
A checkbox is added to the Player Info screen, below the skills. If activated, the skill numbers also show a percentage value for the current progress to the next level.
Keep Shortlist
If the manager switches clubs, he gets the option to keep his shortlist. This must be confirmed in a pop-up immediately after the move to the new club.
Application for hosting a European Cup Final
If your club has a stadium that meets the criteria set for international games, you can apply for hosting one of the grand international finals. Being a host of such a game will not only bring you a respective rental charge but especially international prestige.
Permanent moral loss of underpaid players
Who doesn’t know it? You offer your top talent a five year contract + a two year club option + automatic contract expansion after x games. The player improves drastically but won’t earn more than his little starting wage without complaining a bit. With a creeping, constant moral loss this would belong to the past.
Show Experience progress
In the line-up the new overview “experience” will be implemented. You can see which player will reach a new experience level next.

Manager achievements
Winning titles isn’t enough for you? We will create additional challenges within the actual game. If you should succeed in these tasks the game will become more difficult. A detailed scoring system will keep you informed about your achieved goals and lets you also compare your skills to other managers out there. At the same time, the challenges stand for a tutorial which shows you many new game functions.
Build a new stadium
If you are tired of long lasting stadium re constructions and renovations this feature should be your choice. You can now build a new stadium from scratch, which will not be used until fully constructed. You can decide on the yearly funds you want to invest in its construction and let the stadium construction go on. Once the stadium is finished you will play your games there and the old ground will be pulled down.
Last 24 hours of the transfer period
Finally you will be able to put your own players on the market in the last hours before the transfer window finally closes its curtains.
Instant calculation
We will pimp many areas of the instant calculation screen. An additional screen with improved structure for the single player mode will be added, we will create more space for the game events, we’ll add a big clock and on top we will add the event bar. We will also make the calculation speed flexible; however the preset will remain “instant”.
Player Tryouts
The chance for every hobby footballer! Everyone who is convinced he is a talented player can sign up for this. You select various exercises in order to sort the wheat from the chaff and determine which player might actually have a real chance as a professional footballer. Chase them up and down the stadium stairs or let them push medicine balls. Your assistant coach is looking forward to this day for the whole year.
Pre-match Speech
Before every game the manager will be able to choose between several different speeches. If the team believes in his words they will go in the game strengthened, if they don’t believe in his words not the speech has no impact. The player will see the results of his speech after the match; if you chose an appropriate speech in front of the game you will gain the trust of your team and they will believe in your words at later games. If not, a negative effect will take place and your team will lose trust and morale.
In addition the feature „More Flexible International Prestige“ was implemented with improvements for smaller countries, because of the disadvantage for this feature in a general vote. Various multipliers which limited transfers where attached the 5-years assessment.
